Compliance to the Health and Safety Act

Compliance

  • All business entities have a minimum Health and Safety requirement to adhere to through the health and safety act 2014.
  • The health and safety act states the minimum requirements and manages compliance through a framework of requirements.
  • If an employee experiences an accident, the accident must be recorded. An employee, member of the public, or a safety inspector visiting the work environment, may report an unsafe behaviour or an unsafe environment.
