Auditing and Pre-Auditing of Quality Systems to Various Standards Protocols to Compliance and Best Practice

Auditing

  • Auditing is a critical component of any quality system, as auditing ensures that the business is doing what it says it is doing, to the standard that it says it is meeting.
  • An audit should not be seen as a policing tool to catch out employees when things are going wrong. It is a confidence and awareness tool to alert the management of a business of issues before they become major concerns, and confidence that the process meets the expected outcomes.
  • Active BSS will audit the process of a business entity to the protocol of documentation that exists and highlight any discrepancies that are evident, and assist in mending the gaps that are detected, and assist in resolving them.
