Noel specializes in business risk, health and safety, business growth, marketing tactics, business development strategy, acquisitions & due diligence, process efficiency, caretaker management, company re-structures, food safety and engineering systems.
Industries include food manufacturing, food packaging, hospitality, food safety, customer service, primary and secondary health, Dental, Orthotic services, workplace health & safety, early childhood education, plastics manufacturing, engineering, heavy & light transport, agricultural equipment, IT servicing, Joinery, Kitchens, telecommunications, and many others.

His passions centre on innovation as an enabler, and openness and connectivity as pathways to transform communities. He is the creator of the Flightdec Communities concept and is a founding partner.
Terry Hoskins (Approach Ltd)
Terry is a certified management consultant specialising in Advisory boards, charitable trusts and non-government organisations (NGO). Terry has a background of various senior positions with organisations such as the Telarc, president of Coeliac NZ, and president of the Institute of Management Consultants NZ (IMCNZ).
Terry gained his MBA in the UK at Henley Business School, the University of Reading, and retains his connection with the Henley alumni forum in Auckland. Terry is also involved in Gluten management in NZ and internationally.
Anne is a business consultant specialising in the Chinese market providing advisory services to assist New Zealand companies and organizations to develop new business relationships with China. Anne was a journalist prior to becoming involved in business management positions such as marketing and executive to government relations.
Anne has been living in New Zealand for 10+ years and has lived in the South, then the North Island, continuing with her past profession and passion of basketball.
Sue has been involved in many business entities and is now supporting business owners in the Bay of Plenty by providing flexible and tailored bookkeeping, administration and customer relations services, allowing business owners and key staff to focus on the larger tasks in their business. Sue uses microsoft office including excel and powerpoint, paypal, Xero accounting, and MYOB systems. Sue also coaches others in administration systems.
